Brandidos

Brandidos are those of us who, for whatever reason, have ended up having to make decisions about how to manage brand communication.

Brandidos are those of us who, for for whatever reason, have ended up having to make decisions about how to manage a brand’s communication. We are the ones who face the challenge of conceiving, presenting, and selling the need for the finance department to approve the budget and for the executive committee to validate the brand’s action plan proposals — proposals that represent a significant investment.

As Brandidos, we want the next project to be rewarding for everyone, for it not to be so complicated to carry out, and for things to get moving.
At the end of the day, whether by choice or by assignment, we find ourselves making decisions about one of the most important assets of any organization: its brand. And we want the results to be satisfactory for everyone.

Blog

This is a blog where I’ll be sharing knowledge, reflections, and discussions on the technical concepts of brand communication. It’s the same material I use in my classes, but as a blog. The blog has three parts:

1. Explaining technical concepts: Posts dedicated to breaking down and discussing the key technical principles behind brand communication.

2. Strategy and case analysis: Posts focused on relevant topics in brand communication strategy. I’ll examine specific campaigns and brand actions that I believe are worth analyzing because they bring something meaningful to the table. (Basically, what I do in class.)

3. Conversations with Brandidos: Video conversations with fellow Brandidos, where they share their professional journey, real-world cases, lessons learned, and the challenges they’ve faced.

I’d like this blog to be a hideout — a place where we Brandidos come to revisit and refresh our technical knowledge, exchange experiences, and pick up practical advice on how to help the brands we manage reach their goals. I want it to be a true den of knowledge.

Here is
the playlist

Music sets the tone for how I think, create, and solve problems.

I would like to share with you one of the playlist I listen to while I work.

This playlist isn’t just background noise — it’s part of my creative process. I’m sharing it because these songs help me focus, shift perspectives, and keep me inspired.

Maybe they’ll do the same for you. Plug in, press play, and let the ideas flow.
