do for brands?
I specialize in transforming knowledge into impactful strategies that drive engagement and business success.
What do I do for brands?

1. I contribute to improving the relationships your brand has with its audiences by enhancing its communication strategies.
2. I train and inspire the brand’s management team to place its audiences at the center of their actions.
3. I ensure your brand's investments in relationships aren't just efficient -they deliver superior returns and make your market position harder to challenge.
4. I promote interaction through different, relevant, and motivating communication strategies to increase affinity with your stakeholders.

Keynote speeches

There is a need to improve the thinking and judgment of your brand’s management teams. By exposing these teams to other experiences — their causes and circumstances, the lessons learned and the mistakes made — the quality of their thinking improves, and better decisions are made. I offer keynote presentations on the elements that shape the relationship between your brand and its audiences.
It is also crucial to explain technical concepts clearly and in an engaging way in order to deepen the relationship between the brand and its audiences.
Like every other area of a company, communication has its own body of technical knowledge that brand managers need to understand so they can be more effective in their management.

Mentoring
I have had great mentors, and they have been an essential part of the work I have accomplished. I have also been fortunate to work with some of the best professionals in my industry, and I am grateful for the leadership, knowledge, and patience they shared with me.
Mentors are essential so that when making decisions about a brand, you can see both the tree and the forest at the same time. They help you understand, contextualize, and validate the strategy and its activation plans.
I offer mentorship by monitoring and supervising brand launch processes, accompanying teams in the development and execution of strategies, and helping to measure return on investment in smaller companies. It’s like having an expert from a large company by your side, playing in your favor.

Workshops
The tool does not make the master; the master chooses the tool. And a master is made through knowledge and experience. The precise technical knowledge, the working methodologies, and the tools we use to create efficient communication strategies — strategies that generate greater engagement between the brand and its audiences — can all be learned.
Workshops are hands-on sessions designed to explore a specific topic for a brand. Each workshop’s theme is tailored to the brand’s needs and covers topics that can range from, for example, the use of tools to evaluate customer behavior to defining an action plan that reinforces the brand’s positioning.
In the end, these workshops are internal working meetings in which the facilitator guides the session, contributing to and managing the work process.
